This document contains the potential Main Modifications to the Brentwood Local Plan 2016-2033 as submitted for Examination on 14 February 2020. The Schedule of Potential Main Modifications are put forward for public consultation without prejudice to the Inspectors’ final conclusions on the Local Plan. Any representations made upon the Schedule of Potential Main Modifications will be taken into account by the Inspectors.

(12)In addition to the Schedule of Potential Main Modifications, representations can be made on a number of supporting documents. These documents are available at www.brentwood.gov.uk/local-plan-examination where details on how to make comments are also set out.

A Schedule of Potential Additional Modifications has been prepared which are minor changes to the Plan and not those necessary for soundness. They do not form part of the Inspectors’ examination of the Plan. The Schedule of Potential Additional Modifications is not being consulted on but is available on the Local Plan website for reference.
 

The suggested modifications in the table are expressed either in the conventional form of strikethrough for deletions and underlined bold text for additions, or by specifying the modification in words in italics.
