I live in a village which currently is quiet self sufficient. If left alone we will carry on being self sufficient. The industrial estate and trains to London caters for enough jobs for West Horndon. If you build a new town from scratch, jobs, schools, transport, can be designed from the beginning instead of messing with communities already evolved.
