The proposal is flawed as it does not represent the facts in terms of land availability or estimated walking times for commuters. The consultation should be re-launched with a level of information that allows thinking and consideration.
A very unprofessional approach to a consultation that in affect restricts comment from local residents.
I object to the proposal as the council have failed to provide adequate and accurate information for the purpose of consultation. 1. the map fails to provide scale or detail. 2 the estimated 10 minute walk is almost certainly grossly underestimating the walk time for passengers.
I am shocked that the council have failed to provide a professional / transparent approach to the information within this consultation. I failing to do so they have wasted an opportunity to effectively communicate with Brentwood residents. The consultation should be re-launched to share real and meaningful information based on the map OS map references and realistic aspirations for this proposal.
