The area called Creasey's farm, and the surrounding wooded farmland which borders on to St Martin's School and All Saints Church and reaches to Billericay and Ingrave is full of scenic beauty and is very attractive and I would rate it as 5.
This area is widely used for outdoor recreational use such as walking, rambling, cycling, horse riding, for playing in the woods, or seeing bluebells, foxes, badgers, bats, birdlife, pheasants and other wildlife. 5 for outdoor recreation and 5 for wildlife interest.
