The majority of the residents of Herongate and Ingrave move here to enjoy the environment. Relatively few wish to turn the place into somewhere that closely resembles Basildon Town Square; those who do usually plan to move away once they have made the killing.
We have a forest, many woodlands and glorious farmland stretching to the horizon. We love it only the owners, most of whom apparently live in Germany, want it destroyed.
