It would have been useful if the chart had been available to mark with the levels.
West Horndon village is set in a fenland landscape and we value it as an attractive one of historic interest (a '4' in both cases). It rates a '3' for outdoor recreation/leisure use with its more for its access to Thorndon Park being important. It rates a '5' for its Wildlife interest and tranquillity.
