Living in Kelvedon Hatch - I would rate all as High/Very High with the mix of access to public rights of way, more structured open spaces, the limited traffic on the A128 and the proximity of historic structures such as the Nuclear Bunker. Much depends on how nearby areas are developed, because without care some of the open spaces could be lost in a short term approach. It is important to ensure that current developed land is utilised fully prior to further encroachment on farmland.
