I am writing on behalf of Castle Point Borough Council in response to the consultation underway on the Brentwood Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule. I can advise that we have taken the opportunity to review the Draft Charging Schedule and the associated documentation and are supportive of your proposals to introduce a Community Infrastructure Levy in Brentwood Borough, and of the rates of levy you are proposing to charge.
