The main modification is unsound and not compliant. Increasing the housing stock means increasing the number of car journeys pollution and congestion. How anyone can consider a 20% increase in the village size is sound, without considerable increase in the infrastructure of the village is beyond comprehension. The roads, schools capacity and doctors provision would all need increasing. Blackmore is a class 4 village not a class 3.
