The issue of housing is not to keep adding to a national problem, its how its managed for the future, downsizing should be incentivised to allow people trapped in 3/4/5 bed houses but cannot buy a 1/2 bed bungalow house. I've checked everytime one comes up for sale within minutes they are sold and developed. Here lies a large contributory factor to the national housing problem. The BBC/LDP have been bullied and running scared because central Government have plucked a number from the hat. To build at any cost.
