Representation Summary:
An increase of 28.6% in Blackmore is too much for a rural area, there are no allocation in other nearby parishes. The site is in Green Belt, I am furious that Brentwood is considering getting around the regulations. There would be a loss of valuable agricultural land. This would also put too much strain on the infrastructure of the village: water supply, gas, sewers, communications, drainage. The local school is already full, the Health Centre over stretched, public transport inadequate, parking is minimal.
