Object. Most of site is Greenbelt, there is no natural barrier to prevent further inappropriate development creep into the surrounding Greenbelt. It will impact on the station as well as the village with vehicles using it as a cut through. Adding another large industrial area next to the proposed Enterprise Park and Childerditch will place further strain on the A127 and surrounding road network. Site is regularly subject to flooding in part because it acts as a water storage buffer area. The flood risk assessment submitted with planning application 17/01597/EIASO is superficial and only examines the immediate problems on site.
