Policy welcomed. However, suggest wording changes to align with NPPF.
First sentence change: '....where these are sympathetic to its character, setting and significance.'
Paragraph following d) unnecessary (undue prominence to demolition - an exceptional occurrence). Suggest re-wording: 'Changes of use of Listed Buildings and any associated works of alteration will be permitted if this would be in the interests of the restoration, retention or maintenance of the building and/or group of buildings, and there would be no adverse effect on their significance, including the historic, spatial or structural integrity of the building or its setting'.
