We agree that the release of Green Belt land within the A12 corridor is an appropriate solution to meeting OAN. The release of appropriate sites need not have negative impacts on infrastructure and the land east of Nag's Head Lane is well positioned in this regard. The proposals would result in a net benefit in terms of junction capacity and pedestrian connectivity.
