Representation Summary:
I do not support the proposed 'Park and Walk' concept, in particular the proposed location for the following reasons:
- It would result in the loss of Green Belt land for use not supported in the NPPF and is contrary to the general approach set out by the borough.
- Consideration is being given to the redevelopment of existing car park around Shenfield if this policy is enacted. The loss of these sites would lead to loss in Green Belt sites in the area.
- I do not consider Alexander Lane to be a suitable location for parking.
