Q3: Yes. Option to purchase two fields in Blackmore to build in excess of one hundred homes. The infrastructure of a small village will struggle to cope. We have only one shop, and a very poor transport links to mainline stations and shopping centres. We have a small school, with very little local work opportunity.

Q4: Dunton Garden Suburb looks the best opportunity.
