Proposed development would only occupy part of the site, leaving a sizeable area of land to the south, which could be transformed to create new parkland.Primary objective of the parkland would be to optimise biodiversity interests but provision could also be for some form of access.
Site is close to St Peter's Church. An opportunity exists to create a close relationship between proposed development and the church, such as landscape improvements work and building maintenance. {Little Warley].
