The site is crossed by a high pressure line from Mardyke Station to Stock Station. Construction traffic should only cross the pipeline at locations agreed with National Grid. For all assets the contractor/developer will need to consider the clearance and necessary protection measures. No piling should take place within 15m of gas distribution assets without prior agreement. National Grid will need to ensure that access to the piplines is maintained during and after construction.
