There is no reason to split the Borough into three areas, development will affect all residents. This division may lead to oversimplification and generalisation of area characteristics.
We can see benefit to the proposed development of the Dunton Garden Suburb, as its proximity to the A127 and C2C means that the impact on local roads will be minimised.
