Development close to Brentwood will increase congestion and overstretch services.
On the face of it the land in Sawyers Hall Lane would seem a good site for housing but given the limited access and existing congestion with the concentration of schools in the road it would not make sense.
Building behind Hatch Road will take green belt land and spoil the rural nature of Beads Hall Lane which is a popular walk and increase traffic on Hatch Road which is already busy being used as a cut-through for traffic from Doddinghurst.
