This is related to locality currently - within my village setting there is adequate access to open space, and would not wish to have a more formalised approach to such open spaces. [Kelvedon Hatch].It is more problematic in some of the more urban areas of Brentwood, where the mix of provision is dependent upon independent landowners cooperating with access, e.g. Warley playing fields near the Depot.
