Dunton appears to be the best option as currently the land is effectively unused, therefore less people will be affected, directly and/or adversely, by development at this site than the other options proposed. A development here has the capacity to provide the majority of the housing needed at a single site, and has potential for future growth when it inevitably becomes necessary. The inevitable disruption caused by any construction would be centralised at a single location so less people would be affected and aspects such a traffic management can be better planned and managed.
