You say in the Development Plan Newsletter Issue 4 development sites were suggested by developers, land owners and local residents. Developers will build anywhere and on anything but they do not care about local residents. It's not in their backyard. Landowners just want the money, they won't be living anywhere near these developments when they have got their money. I do not know of any local residents who have suggested these sites.
