I believe the only area that should be considered is area C - the A127 corridor. Road access on and off of the A127 would be easy, proximity to West Horndon station means travel into London is easy and proximity to Basildon and it's wide range of shops, services and employment opportunities make this an ideal location.
With respect to Crossrail, it is arguable that the service will be improved to London. Based on Crossrail's own documents frequency of trains from Brentwood and Shenfield will not be significantly increased from current levels.
