The whole plan or lack there of has major flaws, as an example your human body cannot grow extra arms, legs and feet etc! and expect your organs to cope with the extra needed. It wasn't built to allow this, how can a small village already at a maximum capacity on its sewer system. The water run-off is a major problem with flooding, and causes a great deal of worry.
