These are the objections I have regarding the development in Blackmore village. Flooding which occurs regularly Chelmsford Road by pond, Red Rose Lane by bridge and at the junction of St Lawrence Gardens.
If these houses are built it will increase a large area of hard standing which will add to the risk of flooding.
