The current and ongoing situation of flooding on roads in and around Blackmore seems to be ignored despite it being a regular occurence.
The LDP is unsound as it fails to acknowledge the impact on the community of the increase risk of flooding by the reduction of green fields which absorbs the surface water. This will result in continual flooding down Red Rose Lane and at the junction of Chelmsford Road by the duck pond.
