Blackmore is a small rural community with very little transport which is poor you can't even get to Shenfield Stations for London. So you need a car which means more pollution and could cause congestion. Planning to build on Green Belt (which we as individuals are not able to do) would risk the lives of wildlife like badgers, foxes, voles and hedgehogs.
