Considering that parts of Blackmore are within flood risk 3 zone it seems ridiculous to increase this risk for current households by building more homes. Nothing has been done to review the fluvial risk from the River Wid which is significant that's without the risk of surface water flooding, that is a major problem in the area. This alone should automatically exclude these areas from the LDP.
