The proposals for Blackmore are totally unsound its the remotest village in the borough and does not compare in size or population or facilities to other local villages of Doddinghurst, Kelvedon Hatch, Stondon Massey. There are very limited facilities, public transport is extremely limited. This very large expansion of the village will overwhelm all local facilities and roads.
