Flood risk already high releasing Green Belt space will make worse.
In the light of the COP conference and the facts about flooding and increased risks, the only action that is legal and sound is to ban Green Belt building. The village had already got 30 houses from Epping, 9-10 houses in Redrose Lane, plus infill in the the village. The area can’t cope we were told 60 years ago, I don’t know whether any work has been done, I don’t think so, plus flooding is likely to be the big pushback, already my patio floods whenever we have heavy rain.
