1. This part of Priests Lane was originally intended for the use of Pedestrians and much smaller vehicles than those in common use today. .Widening the presently totally inadequate road and footpath is impossible without encroaching on residential property.
2.The single point of exit from the site onto the Lane affords a very poor view of traffic approaching from the Westerly direction (Brentwood town centre) exposing vehicles leaving the site to considerable risk of accident.
3. Air pollution is already high in the area and any increase in the number of cars using this site would inevitably compound the problem
