There is sufficient current housing on the outer fringes of the village along with proposed brownfield sites that meet the planned requirements. The already inadequate schools and doctor resources have not been considered along with Essex councils own flood risk plan which all show the risk and the village infrastructure simply is not sufficient to cope with a development on green belt in the village
