Local services and infrastructure are already at capacity - school, GP surgery, limited parking. Area is prone to flooding. Site is green belt.
The road system in inadequate - major changes would have to be made. Realising he pressure that local councils are facing with direct figures in new builds. Surely, less greenbelt area can be found. The area regularly suffers power cuts therefore a major upgrade would be necessary. Similarly, water pressure is extremely low therefore there would be a major impact on the local population. An extension, or new build, would have to be made at Blackmore Primary School. In conclusion therefore what would be the best for the above, and some of the others that haven't been mentioned. Who would fit the bill?
