Concerns over noise, traffic and lack of concern for current residents in the immeadiate vacinity.
Restricitng height of properties to 2 stories.
Ensure no eating or drinking establishments are catered for on Crown Street or Regency Court
Neighbours in the immediate vicinity are going to be impacted by increased traffic and noise, especially at night. This will be particularly true is eating and drinking establishments are catered for at Crown Street/ Regency Court junction. I appreciate those currently living in the area are close to the high street and therefore can expect a certain level of noise however in recent years this has increased dramatically late at night/early hours. Further development of the area would increase this further. Our house will also be potentially be impacted by daylight being restricted should these building be over 2 stories high.
Further, we rely on on-street parking which already is not adequate enough to cater for the current residents- this will be further worsened with additional housing, especially if the public car park is lost.
