Representation Summary:
This site is green belt and heavily used by the local community for recreational purposes. The field is managed by a registered charity - the Tipps Cross Remembrance Hall Trust Fund. The recreation field is an integral part of the premises and the hall lettings would be seriously undermined and the viability of the Charity Trust would be at risk if this amenity was lost. There is also an ancient hedgerow bordering the site which does not seem to have been considered.
