Site is Green Belt and used for recreational purposes. What are the "exceptional circumstances" that exist now to permit the building of housing on this site? The infrastructure (roads, utilities, schools, and GP surgeries) are struggling to cope with the present population. With all the proposed additional housing why are there no plans to increase the doctors surgeries? Is there any consideration to improve transport and roads within your plan? Are there provisions to increase the number of places for pupils in local schools?
