This site is not a "small village infill" as described in the LDP, but rather a Green Belt site connected to the Remembrance Hall recreational field. The recreational field is an integral part of the premises and the hall letting would be seriously undermined and the viability of the Charity Trust would be at risk if this amenity was lost.
