Representation Summary:
Infrastructure. Red Rose Lane is narrow, unsuitable for anything other than light traffic. Blackmore is surrounded by minor Roads and is unsuited to the large increase in traffic this would bring. Already problems with parking and congestions around the village shop, exacerbated by more homes. Bus services are part time only. Access to the sites from Red Rose Lane would be difficult and dangerous due to narrow lane.
