All but one of the proposed development suite to the north of Brentwood are in the Parish of Blackmore. They are all within the green belt.
Sites 076 and 077 would increase the local population by nearly 30%
Current drainage would be unable to cope.
Sites are on both sides of a minor narrow lane, Red Rose lane which is not suitable for increased traffic
The whole road network in the area is minor roads and are insufficiently developed to cope with more raffic
Local transport is meagre with no evening or Sunday service and are only being subsidised for a further short period.
There is only one school, Blackmore Primary which is already full
The GP is 1 1/2 miles away and is already full
The new sites are equidistant from both Ongar and Brentwood which are about 5 miles away and there is virtually no business interests or shops within the area

Sites 85B and 294 are
The recreation field is the only recreation area in Tipps Cross and is part of the Tipps Cross Remembrance Hall complex.
Development would impact on the successful running of the Tipps Cross Remembrance Hall without the recreational area such as pre-school location
The Chestnut Field area is an important part of the curtilage of a property on Blackmore Road and has no access except through the garden of that property
There is a lack of transport facilities schools and health services here.
