The infrastructure (roads) and services (doctor surgeries and schools) are already at capacity and cannot accommodate additional households. The site is known for flooding.
1. The local Doctors surgery at the Deal Tree Centre is under pressure now and will certainly not cope with another 90 plus households. 2. The Local primary Schools is unable to take any more pupils. 3. Red Rose Lane should be maintained as a country lane and is liable to flooding. 4. Traffic through Blackmore at peak times is extremely busy and the road to Mountnessing from Blackmore is poorly maintained with numerous pot holes and at least three areas of flooding, which will only get worse if further development is allowed.
