Representation Summary:

Earlier consultation on the Brentwood Local Plan indicated that some stakeholders objected in principle to the extent of development along the A127 corridor (paragraph 9) and the Dunton Hills Garden Village allocation should be considered against that. Gallows Corner is already highly congested, an accident 'hot spot' and gives rise to environmental problems. The scale of development proposed at Dunton Hills will exacerbate this considerably.
