Representation Summary:
Support the inclusion of this site. We support the additional consultation exercise that is being held and the additional site allocations that have been made in order to meet the employment needs of the Borough. We strongly support the allocation of this site as a self-contained employment site. The site for employment use and its development as a new industrial park would not lead to unrestricted sprawl and the use of an appropriate, sensitive landscape strategy will ensure that the site is visually and physically well contained, thus limiting the impact on the openness of the Green Belt.
