The principle of National Green Belt should be protected. Once ,even if small incursions are made,it is the thin end of the wedge. Future generations will be deprived of areas of natural environment.

Infrastructure. Inadequate roads,traffic levels too high,parking problems in Blackmore, major upgrades needed to essential utilities for foul water system, water supply,power,gas and communications. At present digital communication is still one of the poorest in Essex. Currently we have a well fed by an underground water course.Any development must not cause flooding problems to this property.
