In my opinion we need to keep this plot as a carpark. It's fully used in the evenings and is essential to support Brentwood's night-time economy as it's only a short walk from here to various pubs, clubs and restaurants in our High Street.
This is also an important carpark in constant use during the day & as such it supports our commercial businesses in the town.
The loss of parking would push all customers to other surrounding towns to shop or for evening leisure pursuits.
We must support our traders to keep a vibrant High Street.
