The car parks are well used in Brentwood and this one is nearly always full. What is the point of taking away an amenity that is already being used? You take the car parks away and Brentwood will die. Only those who can walk to the High Street will be able to use the shops. You already have empty shops - more will follow if you insist on taking away the parking facilities. TOTAL MADNESS.
