Dissatisfied that Brentwood Borough Council proposes to located over one third of its new housing on the edge of their border next to Basildon, with the effect that the burden (e.g. infrastructure) will fall on the Borough of Basildon.
Very dissatisfied with the way in which Brentwood Borough Council are proposing to spread housing need across the Borough.
