Representation Summary:
Although the plan refers to fluvial flooding in the Ingateston area nowhere is the Chelmsford Flood Alleviation scheme to be built in Margaretting mentioned (Application No 12/01320/FUL). The impact of this scheme will mean closures of roads in the vicinity of the river Wild will last longer and traffic disruption will be greater. In view of this this impact should be recognised in the plan.
