Sites in strategic locations such as the Brentwood Enterprise Park at Junction 29 of the M25 are particularly well suited to meeting needs of new development within the Borough during the plan period whilst minimising negative environmental or amenity mpacts in line with the Council's policies and those set out within the NPPF.
