Representation Summary:
Paragraph 5.58 states that existing employment sites will be formally allocated. This
approach is strongly supported and is considered to be essential if these sites are to
continue to provide for employment within the Borough and if the plan is to be
justified and effective.
Allocate of existing employment sites such as Codham Hall will help ensure the site continues to provide employment use as well as provide opportunities to support the development of existing businesses on the site.
